في كوبوناتي، خصوصيتك مهمة جدًا بالنسبة لنا. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع المعلومات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك تطبيق كوبوناتي وموقع couponaty.net، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

لا نطلب منك إنشاء حساب

يمكنك استخدام كوبوناتي بالكامل بدون تسجيل. لا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك إلا إذا اخترت أن تراسلنا من «مركز الدعم».

المعلومات التي نجمعها

لكي يعمل التطبيق ونطوّره باستمرار، نجمع معلومات محدودة لا تكشف هويتك الشخصية:

  • بيانات الاستخدام: مثل الصفحات التي تزورها، والكوبونات التي تنسخها، والمتاجر التي تنتقل إليها، وكلمات البحث. نستخدم هذه البيانات بشكل إحصائي لمعرفة المتاجر والعروض الأكثر اهتمامًا وتحسين المحتوى.
  • معرّف عشوائي للجهاز: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ عند تثبيت التطبيق، غير مرتبط بهويتك أو بجهازك الفعلي، ونستخدمه لمنع إساءة الاستخدام، مثل تكرار البلاغات أو النسخ الوهمي.
  • رمز الإشعارات: لإرسال تنبيهات بأحدث العروض إذا سمحت بالإشعارات. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو الهاتف.
  • الدولة واللغة اللتان تختارهما: لعرض الكوبونات المتاحة في دولتك وبلغتك، ولمعرفة عدد المستخدمين في كل دولة ولغة بشكل إحصائي.
  • البلاغات: عند الإبلاغ عن كوبون نستقبل اسم المتجر والكود وسبب البلاغ والرسالة التي تكتبها، فقط لمراجعة الكوبون.

رسائل مركز الدعم

عندما ترسل رسالة من «مركز الدعم» («هل واجهت مشكلة» أو «كن شريكًا معنا») نستقبل البيانات التي تكتبها بنفسك:

  • الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والرسالة.
  • الصورة أو الفيديو إذا اخترت إرفاقهما.
  • الدولة ولغة التطبيق ونوع الجهاز (آيفون أو أندرويد)، لنفهم المشكلة بشكل أفضل.

نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق كوبوناتي، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر. تُحذف الصور والفيديوهات تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا، ويمكنك طلب حذف رسالتك وبياناتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على [email protected].

لا يصل التطبيق إلى صورك إلا عندما تختار صورة أو فيديو بنفسك لإرفاقه.

بيانات تبقى على جهازك فقط

الكوبونات المفضّلة وإعدادات التطبيق، مثل الوضع الليلي، محفوظة على جهازك فقط ولا نستقبلها.

الخدمات التي نستخدمها

نستخدم خدمات Google Firebase لتشغيل التطبيق وتخزين المحتوى وإرسال الإشعارات وتحليل الاستخدام بشكل إحصائي. تخضع هذه الخدمات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بشركة Google.

حماية المعلومات

نتعامل مع جميع المعلومات بسرية، ولا نبيع أي بيانات لأي طرف آخر.

الانتقال إلى المتاجر

عند الضغط على «اذهب للمتجر» أو «مشاهدة العرض» تنتقل إلى موقع أو تطبيق المتجر، وتخضع تجربتك هناك لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بذلك المتجر.

التسويق بالعمولة (Affiliate Disclosure)

بعض الروابط والأكواد المنشورة على كوبوناتي هي روابط تسويقية، ما يعني أننا قد نحصل على عمولة من المتجر عند إتمام عملية شراء من خلالها، دون أي تكلفة إضافية عليك.

كوبوناتي مشارك في برنامج أمازون للتسويق بالعمولة (Amazon Associates) في مصر والسعودية، وبصفتنا شريكًا في هذا البرنامج نحصل على عمولة من عمليات الشراء المؤهلة.

كيف نكسب المال

يعتمد كوبوناتي في تمويله على التسويق بالعمولة (Affiliate Marketing)، أي أننا قد نحصل على عمولة من بعض المتاجر عندما تشتري من خلال روابطنا أو أكواد الخصم المنشورة لدينا.

هذه العمولة لا تضيف أي تكلفة عليك ولا تؤثر على السعر الذي تدفعه، وهي ما يتيح لنا تقديم كوبوناتي مجانًا بالكامل وتحديثه باستمرار.

Privacy policy

At Couponaty, your privacy matters a lot to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Couponaty app and couponaty.net, and how we use and protect it.

No account needed

You can use Couponaty fully without signing up. We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number unless you choose to message us from the Support center.

Information we collect

To run the app and keep improving it, we collect limited information that doesn’t identify you:

  • Usage data: such as the pages you visit, the coupons you copy, the stores you go to, and your searches. We use this data statistically to learn which stores and offers people care about most and to improve our content.
  • A random device ID: a random number created when you install the app, not linked to your identity or your actual device. We use it to prevent misuse, such as repeated reports or fake copies.
  • A notification token: to send you alerts about the latest offers if you allow notifications. You can turn them off anytime from the app or your phone’s settings.
  • The country and language you choose: to show the coupons available in your country and language, and to count users per country and language statistically.
  • Reports: when you report a coupon, we receive the store name, the code, the reason and the message you write, only to review the coupon.

Support center messages

When you send a message from the Support center (“Facing a problem?” or “Become a partner”), we receive what you type yourself:

  • Your name, email, phone number and message.
  • A photo or video, if you choose to attach one.
  • Your country, app language and device type (iPhone or Android), to understand the issue better.

We use this only to reply to you and follow up on your request. Only the Couponaty team can see it; we don’t use it for ads or share it with anyone. Photos and videos are deleted automatically after 90 days, and you can ask us to delete your message and data at any time by emailing [email protected].

The app only accesses your photos when you pick a photo or video yourself to attach.

Data that stays on your device

Your favorite coupons and app settings, such as dark mode, are saved on your device only, and we don’t receive them.

Services we use

We use Google Firebase services to run the app, store content, send notifications and analyze usage statistically. These services are subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Protecting your information

We treat all information confidentially, and we don’t sell any data to anyone.

Going to stores

When you tap “Go to store” or “View offer”, you go to the store’s website or app, and your experience there is subject to that store’s privacy policy.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links and codes on Couponaty are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission from the store when you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you.

  • We get offers directly from official stores or through our partners in affiliate programs.
  • We care about content quality and user experience, and we review texts before publishing for language and accuracy.
  • We don’t publish any promotional content unless it follows our policies and reflects our standards of transparency and credibility.

Reporting policy
